Great books! Find It, Fix It, FLIP IT! and Ready, Set SOLD!

Now my wife (a Realtor with Re/Max Santa Clarita) gives out your 2nd book Ready, Set, SOLD! to every listing appointment she goes on which is especially important in this "flat" market. Plus having a 3rd party proof source, like you, explaining what it takes to make an average home above average, really makes her job easier without hurting anyones feelings.

A friend gave me your book and guess what - I read the book, dog eared the pages of to do items, followed your advice and the house is sold! I had two competing offers in a down market within 10 days of hitting the MLS listing!

Never would have thought about the lemon in the sink drains, flowers on each side of the door or power washing the concrete but I am happily looking forward to my move in my new location to Florida. No more cold winters in Wisconsin. Beaches, laughter and sun here I come.

Here's the thing! I cannot put this book down. I have it ear-marked on almost all pages! We're about to put our condo on the market, and I was a nervous wreck. Until I started reading your book, that is. I'm a professional Stager (trained by Barb S. herself!) and although I've been staging for years, I still learned a lot from that particular section of your book. Naturally, it's my favorite section.

My husband and I read a little bit each morning and then discuss it over dinner: "Michael says..." and, "According to Michael's book..." It helps us to plan for the next day.
